Turkmenistan to Join Delegates of OPEC+ Session in Vienna

Turkmenistan will observe in the next session on declaration on cooperation in Vienna on November 30.

Turkmenistan will join OPEC+ session in Vienna on November 30, it will become the 4th observation state from the CIS at the negotiations, reports the Ministry of Energy of Russia.
The 4th meeting of Ministers of Energy of Kazakhstan and Russia Kanat Bozumbayev and Alexander Novak, Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Alisher Sultanov, and Halid al-Falih, Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources of Saudi Arabia took place in Tashkent on Saturday.
"The parties have discussed the situation on the oil market. The Ministers discussed rehabilitation of balance of demand and proposals in terms of declaration on cooperation signed by 24 OPEC and non member states, including by three CIS members- Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Russia, and also by Saudi Arabia," reads the message.
"Turkmenistan will observe in the next session on declaration on cooperation in Vienna on November 30,” said the report.
